giveaway! expat living kids guide 2009

expat living kids guide 2009

I have 10 copies of the Expat Living Kids Guide 2009 to giveaway (retail price $5).

Of all the baby guides and booklets I have read, this is my favourite. It is a directory of sorts, with sections on family health, childhood education, kid's activities and shopping for maternity or kids. It's where I looked when I was trying to find enrichement programmes for Ellis, or need creative gift ideas.

* For the chance to win yourself a copy, send me a mommy tip to dorothyloh@gmail.com ("subject: kids guide giveaway") by 14th January* Please also include your contact details.

I'll pick 10 winners - guides will be sent by regular mail.

Your tip could be anything from a special way to help your baby sleep (my secret trick is to sing), a recipe that your picky tot can't resist, a cool mommy and baby hangout, or a great baby product that you can't do without. Really, anything that would be useful/helpful to the rest of the moms reading this blog!

Think its gonna be useful for me too : )

My tip: Generally kids have no fear, do not instil the fear in them. ie: dogs. If u are scared, do not start screaming when u see a dog. Either u move urself away or grid ur teeth & act tough! :)

Hi there!

Here's my tip: Always carry a beanie with you as it works better in keeping your baby warm than leg warmers and even jackets. Remember we lose most heat through our heads and necks!

When Cheeks was a toddler, she used to suffer from bad bouts of constipation. Despite giving her water, fruits, bananas, and yoghurt, pooping was still laborious. Until we gave her prune juice. Suddenly, VoilĂ ! Easy peasy, lemon squeezy :)

And it continues to work wonders for her.
